We know there are massive issues in the ticketing industry with Scamming and Scalping at the top of the list. There have been businesses built taking advantage of event creators and the fans that attend. It is time to prevent scammers and put more back into the pockets of the event creators.
With a blockchain solution, we can distribute tickets that are verifiable before purchasing them to stop scammers and non-transferable to help reduce scalping.

Once you’ve entered into the platform, you will be able to manage your events just as easily as traditional platforms.
The DigiTix dApp will allow the user to create events, create various ticket types and tiers, sell tickets, use tickets, verify tickets, and much more. The users will be able to browse the various events with searches and filters, and then have the ability to purchase the tickets. The tickets will be available to use in the dApp which is an ERC-721 token on the Ethereum blockchain.

Graduate of UF with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He began his career in Finance at Walt Disney World where he taught himself how to program which led to the development of many applications automating various business area tasks.
He then went on to serve in an IT role at Royal Caribbean. He became an integral part of the project development and deployment of the new “Smart Ship” initiative. These projects included working internationally to build the largest and smartest ships in the world that sail the seas today. By building Finance and Technology skill sets, he has won multiple hackathons/startup events and naturally transitioned into crypto.

DigiTix - is digital event ticketing platform on Ethereum. It is a secure, smart and easy-to-use platform, and completely disrupting the scalping and scamming the event industry.

The token generation event will occur and you will be able to swap Ethereum for tokens to use on the platform. Which will allow the user to create events, create tickets, and purchase tickets.
You will be able to use the platform at a capacity depending on how many tokens you hold and use. Various premium features will be unlocked if you hold X amount of tokens.
In Q4 2018, which is subject to change, we want to make sure we launch a stable platform.
By holding specific amounts of tokens and you will be able to unlock premium features such as creating your own event, creating additional ticket tiers, adding capacity of tickets, featuring your event on the home page, premium ticket controls, discounts on platform fees, used for platform fees, and more features that will be rolled out overtime.
It is not intended at all and nor should it be classified as a security token in its current form. It's sole purpose is to be used on the platform to unlock features, use to create events, create tickets, and other premium features.
